Even though it will be his first time in battle, Dr. Justin Gusching isn’t afraid. Upon receiving his orders last month, the Ohio Army National Guard Major was told to report for duty April 12th for a four-month deployment overseas. In his capacity as field surgeon, classification 62 Bravo, he will likely be stationed on the front lines in the fight against an all-too-familiar enemy: ISIS. “I’m good with it. I’m ready for it. I’ve done trauma. I’m actually kind of excited to get back,” he says.

Triple board-certified in Cosmetic, Plastic/Reconstructive and General Surgery, Dr. Kluska brings twenty years of invaluable knowledge and experience, along with a third dimension to SSA, in the area of necessary plastic surgical procedures often covered by insurance.

Angelica De Haro is excited to become Southern Surgical Arts first bilingual patient coordinator, serving both English and Spanish-speaking patients, as their main point of contact throughout their patient experience. Establishing a level of comfort and trust with patients is essential, and De Haro's dual fluency is helping SSA bring the highest level of service and patient care to the Hispanic community.
