3. Increase your intake of foods high in alpha lipoic acid. Alpha lipoic acid is a compound with anti-inflammatory properties that flushes toxins from the body, which can improve the look of cellulite. To maximize your intake, stock up on spinach, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, sprouts, carrots, and broccoli.
