I am excited to announce that Chad Deal, MD has joined Southern Surgical Arts as a fellowship-trained Cosmetic Surgeon. Dr. Deal comes to Chattanooga from Birmingham, Alabama, with extensive training and expertise in the field of cosmetic surgery including face and body procedures, laser skin rejuvenation, Botox, facial fillers, vaginal rejuvenation, labiaplasty, male body contouring and implants and the natural breast augmentation (fat transfer). Dr. Deal, a Board-Certified Surgeon, spent his cosmetic surgery fellowship year in Las Vegas where he performed more than 800 cosmetic surgery procedures with special emphasis on breast augmentation and aesthetic breast lift procedures. He trained under Dr. Lane Smith, a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon and Cosmetic Surgeon.
